About

The System Application for Livestock Animals in Zones through an Algorithmic Recording Information System is a cutting-edge, user-friendly, web-based technology designed to manage and monitor livestock animals in different zones. This advanced application uses sophisticated algorithms and a robust recording information system to optimize livestock management, improve data recording, and provide valuable insights for better decision-making across various zones. This innovative application sets a new standard for sustainable and efficient livestock management by harnessing the power of advanced algorithms and seamless data recording. It also serves as an online monitoring system for local agricultural units to evaluate, analyze, and determine their local hog productivity. Furthermore, it is an excellent tool for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring the biosecurity level and its implementation.

Key Features

1. User-friendly Interface: The system features a user-friendly interface that allows farmers to access and manage all data related to their livestock easily. The interface can be accessed through a web portal, making it convenient for farmers to monitor their livestock from anywhere.

2. Sow Reproductive Efficiency: The system is also known as Sow Reproductive Analysis for Local Areas and Zones via Automated Recording Information System (SALAZAR IS), an assessment for sow reproductive efficiency. It is a user-friendly, web-based decision support and information system that reports local hog farms' reproductive performance and disorder. It aids small-scale hog raisers in improving and enhancing their breeding performance and production.

3. First-aid device and Diagnostic Tool: A user-friendly, beta version of web-based artificial intelligence utilizes open-source software to improve access to reliable and rapid disease diagnoses. Image processing and analysis facilitate quick diagnosis and prompt treatment of common swine diseases.

4. Biosecurity Zone-based Monitoring: The application allows for the comprehensive monitoring of livestock animals in specific zones, enabling real-time tracking of their movements, health status, and environmental conditions.

5. Algorithmic Data Analysis: The system processes data collected from livestock animals, such as feeding patterns, behavioral trends, and productivity metrics, through sophisticated algorithms to generate meaningful insights for farmers and agricultural experts (soon).

6. Environmental Sensing: The system utilizes environmental sensors to capture crucial data on temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors within the zones, contributing to a holistic understanding of the animals' living conditions (soon).

7. Customized Reporting: Based on the recorded information, the application generates customized reports and visualizations, offering farmers and stakeholders detailed analytics and actionable data for sustainable livestock management.

Benefits

• Improved Efficiency: By leveraging algorithmic processing and real-time monitoring, farmers can streamline their livestock management practices and optimize resource utilization for enhanced productivity.

• Informed Decision-making: The application empowers farmers and agricultural authorities with data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities within the livestock sector.

• Enhanced Animal Welfare: The system contributes to livestock animals' overall welfare by promoting their well-being and comfort through comprehensive health management and environmental monitoring.

Mission

Enable to provide the local units of agricultural sector an online monitoring system that determines the productivity and efficiency of local hog farms and assist the hog raisers an updated, comprehensible, definite data of hog breeding performance and apply appropriate adjustments for the betterment of the swine production. it would also provide a basic disease diagnosis for immediate first-aid application to prevent and control the spread of hog diseases through high level of biosecurity.

Vision

SALAZAR-IS envision to become a leading web-based decision support and information system and a premier mover dedicated to service and excellent to accelerate the swine raisers’ production through the provision of an accurate, real time information and reasonable technical figures, and contribute to meeting the challenges in food security.

Objectives

1. To provide a user-friendly web-based information system;
2. To develop a decision-support portal;
3. To generate an automated surveillance tool for biosecurity protocols;
4. To develop a first-aid device for common hog diseases;
5. To assess the economic efficiency and employ correct decision making.
